Who I Am

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a background in school and clinical counseling, I’ve spent my career helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging seasons. My journey began in public relations and special events, but I soon felt called to work directly with people—especially children and families. Through strengths-based, solution-focused, and narrative therapy, I guide clients toward growth, healing, and lasting change. I live in Effingham with my husband and three daughters, and find joy in traveling, cooking, and creating meaningful connections both in and out of the office.
